Our system in your home or office is designed to pre-heat water with solar energy. If there is long-term cloudy weather, or it is excessively cold outside, your existing hot water heater will do what the solar heater cannot, or heat the water exclusively.

An average solar hot water system will produce 60-80% of your household hot water. All of our systems are freeze protected, and designed to have virtually no maintenance.

EnergyWise solar hot water kits made simple:

Small SolarWater Kit

• Uses 2 small panels and an extra 55 gallon solar tank. Best suited for 2-3 person households.

Medium SolarWater Kit

• With 2-3 panels and an 80 gallon solar tank, this system is ideal for the 4-6 person household.

Large SolarWater Kit

• This system can be designed for whatever you need, no matter how big the family or needs. Fair warning…more roof space and mechanical room space is needed.

The federal tax credit is 30% of the materials and installation through the year 2016.

All installations are provided by our independently certified installer David Nordahl, under NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) standards.

EnergyWise solar hot water systems are certified by the Solar Ratings and Certification Corporation(SRCC)-OG 300. Panels have black housing and are hail resistant using ISO 9806-1 certified tempered glass.

Installation is usually within 2-3 days. With city permitting and inspections, job completion is about 3 weeks.
